    Giclée Prints and SPORT Covers
A series of stunning Limited Edition Fine Art Archival Prints, the first to be made available from The SPORT Collection, may now be purchased online, exclusively through The SPORT Gallery.

The limited edition artwork, the majority culled from images in the photographic archive of SPORT magazine, are unlike any available in the sports memorabilia and wider photographic markets today. Not only are the images from The SPORT Collection unique in their vibrancy, quality and subject matter, they have been created using the internationally acclaimed Giclée printing process and employ only the highest quality acid-free papers, matting and framing materials. This attention to detail, so rare in an online sports marketplace dominated by substandard products churned out by inkjet printers on ordinary photo paper, has resulted in true artwork that would not look out of place hanging in any high-end gallery or museum.

Drawn principally from the 1940s, 1950s and 1960s, the images were selected for their artistic qualities, as well as their historical significance. Many were originally shot to accompany feature articles in SPORT magazine and, as such, resonate as beautiful ghostly echoes of the glory days of North American sport.

The SPORT Gallery is the exclusive representative for The SPORT Collection and the SPORT magazine Photographic Archives. The Gallery has access to thousands of pieces of exceptional sports photography, the majority of which are unique, a large number of which were originally published in SPORT magazine, and many of which have never before been seen by the general public.

    Museum Quality Reproduction
The production of all our pieces is to the strictest of archival guidelines. We exclusively use the Giclée printing process, which guarantees fine art archival prints that are of museum-quality and suitable for display in the most discerning gallery or living room of the most fastidious interior designer. Each is printed on 100% Hahnemuhle cotton rag paper or PremierArt Canvas using UltraChrome K3 pigmented inks.

    Satisfaction Guaranteed
The SPORT Gallery is committed to creating quality products and wants our customers to be completely happy with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied you can contact us to arrange a return and request a refund or replacement product within 21 days of the original purchase date. Read More.

    Certificate of Authenticity
All images from The SPORT Collection are restricted to a small total edition, with each individual piece hand titled and numbered. Each print carries The SPORT Collection emboss, is accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity, which sets out the details of the edition as well as bearing a detailed description of the image, and is available either unframed or framed.

    Framing
If you choose to have your print framed, the same painstaking attention to detail and ultimate archivability is extended to all aspects of the process. This applies to the ArtCare mountboard and matboard, Tru Vue UV-coated conservation glass and Roma solid poplar frames, which beautifully complement and complete the framed images.
