Limited Edition Giclée Fine Art Archival Print. Number in Edition: 75.

Hammerin' Hank Aaron digs in at the Polo Grounds, in one of the last major league baseball games played in Manhattan. One of only four players to ever hit a ball into the centre-field stands at the Grounds, Aaron of the Milwaukee Braves was captured in the lens of SPORT magazine photographer Martin Blumenthal in this classic shot, along with New York Mets catcher Jesse Gonder and umpire Tony Venzon, from September 1963. Image is from the original colour transparency.

Untitled Each Giclée fine art product is printed on 100% Hahnemuhle cotton rag art paper using UltraChrome K3 pigmented inks to ensure vibrancy, fade resistance and the highest available archival quality. The limited edition prints are then numbered, hand titled and engraved beneath the image with The SPORT Collection emboss to confirm authenticity. In addition, a signed Certificate of Authenticity accompanies each limited edition piece. Mounting, matting and framing is also to the highest archival standards.

NOTE: As a security feature, images that appear on the website contain a watermark ("The SPORT Gallery") that is placed across each image. This watermark is a web security feature only and does not appear on the finished product.

Image size is 18" wide x 12" high, and total print size including title and emboss is 20" wide x 14" high. Framed size is 26" x 22".
